Many Jerseaux products are produced specifically for each order through third-party print-on-demand production partners. Slight variations that naturally result from the printing or manufacturing process may occur.

Product descriptions, availability, designs, colors, sizes, prices, and other product information may be changed without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products and to limit quantities available for purchase where permitted by law.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order with Jerseaux, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order where permitted by applicable law, including in circumstances involving suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, product availability, or other legitimate business reasons.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order can proceed.

Please carefully review your order, including the product, design, size, color, quantity, and shipping address, before completing checkout.

Because many Jerseaux products are made to order and may enter production shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee that an order can be modified or canceled after it has been submitted.

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.

The price charged for a product will generally be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to correction of errors as permitted by applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated, displayed product prices may not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs charges, duties, or other fees.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, and account information for purchases made through Jerseaux.

Many Jerseaux products are made to order through third-party production and fulfillment partners.

Production and delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, production volume, fulfillment availability, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages when products are fulfilled by different facilities.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS, REFUNDS AND ORDER ISSUES

Because many Jerseaux products are made specifically for each customer, eligibility for returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds is governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at jerseaux@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable.

Do not mail merchandise to Jerseaux or to an address appearing on a shipping package unless you have first contacted us and received return instructions.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise indicated, the Jerseaux website and its original content, including Jerseaux branding, logos, graphics, text, photographs, product imagery, original artwork, designs, slogans, website elements, and other materials owned by Jerseaux are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
